Buse Göral graduated from the ITU Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering
Department in 2021. She started studying for her master's degree at the
Petroleum Engineering Department, Istanbul Technical University. Moreover, she
worked as a Rig Operation Engineer at the drilling department in Viking
Services. She has witnessed drilling operations in various parts of Turkey,
both in geothermal and oil fields. After one year of field experience, she
continued her career in TP-OTC as Rock and Fluid Acquisition and Analysis
Engineer since December 2022. She is currently working on core planning, core
acquisition, utilization of particle size distribution data, and formation
damage studies. She is also a member of PMO (Chamber of Petroleum Engineers)
and SPE (Society of Petroleum Engineers). She has been responsible for student
chapters and events at SPE Turkey since 2024.
